Business Background
Prior to his current role at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, Daniel led the South Bay multifamily division at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He began his career in commercial real estate as an advisor at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors (a Berkshire Hathaway company). His ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with his clients while understanding local market trends helped quickly propel his career in commercial real estate.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Daniel worked as a litigation consultant for over 10 years with many of the largest firms in the country on high profile civil cases. He thrived in high stress environments and excelled in his ability to effectively analyze data and present it in a persuasive format in his clients’ favor.
