Josh Barut comes from a Hawaiian family and was born and raised in Seal Beach, CA. A current resident of Manhattan Beach, he plans to live in the South Bay for the rest of his life. Josh attended both Cornell University and UCLA for college and ultimately graduated with a degree from UCLA.
Josh prides himself on remaining cool, calm, and collected under pressure while being a savvy negotiator on his clients’ behalf. Knowing his worth as a broker, Josh looks at himself as more of a portfolio advisor than a “real estate salesperson” and focuses on relationship capital being the driving force behind his success. Integrity, ethics, and hard work are his guiding principles and the foundation to all his real estate business.
