Experience
Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Jordan served as First Vice President at Marcus & Millichap, where he closed over $350 million in transactions spanning more than 950 units. Before that, he was a Senior Associate at Equity Office Properties, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group, where he focused primarily on acquisitions — underwriting nearly $2 billion in potential deals across the Southern California region — with additional responsibilities spanning asset management, dispositions, and leasing. Earlier in his career, Jordan worked in the Real Estate Services Group at Duff & Phelps, performing valuation analysis across all major product types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, and land.
Education
Jordan graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association.

Personal
Jordan is an avid soccer player who has represented the United States twice in the international Maccabiah Games in Israel — captaining the team to a 4th place finish in 2005 and returning as a selected member in 2009. Off the pitch, he is dedicated to numerous charitable organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Tomchei LA, Maghen David Adom, The Jewish Federation, and City of Hope. A longtime Lakers fan, Jordan also enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
