Jordan Asheghian is a 1st Vice President specializing in investment sales within West LA, with a focus on the West Hollywood and adjacent submarkets. With a background in institutional real estate, he is plugged into the market and understands how to combine current market trends, capital markets and asset level analysis in order to maximize value on behalf of his clients in every transaction. His vast insight coupled with his attention to detail and unwavering work ethic ensure that his clients’ expectations are consistently surpassed.
Experience: Previously, Jordan was 1st Vice President at Marcus & Millichap where he closed over $350 million in transactions and sold over 950 units. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he was a Senior Associate at Equity Office Properties, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group. At Equity Office, Jordan primarily focused on acquisitions where he underwrote nearly $2 billion of potential deals across the Southern California Region. Jordan’s additional duties included asset management, dispositions, as well as leasing. Before working at Equity Office, Jordan worked in the Real Estate Services Group at Duff & Phelps, where he performed valuation analysis for all product types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, land and others.
Education: Jordan graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association.

Personal Interests: Jordan is an avid soccer player and has represented the United States twice in the international Maccabiah Games in Israel. He captained the team to a 4th place finish in 2005 and was selected again in 2009. Off the pitch, Jordan is dedicated to many charitable organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Tomchei LA, Maghen David Adom, The Jewish Federation, City of Hope, and others. Jordan is also a long-time Lakers fan and enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
