Nancy’s accomplished career in real estate began as the owner of a full-service property management company specializing in multifamily and self-storage assets. Through this role, she gained profound operational insights, enabling her to effectively advise clients on strategies to optimize property values for sales or trades, as well as identify hidden potential in purchasing opportunities.
