Keaton is an associate who practices the sale of multifamily investment product in Los Angeles County. The vast majority of his transaction’s focus on tax-deferred 1031 exchanges. His knowledge, dedication and hungry approach have propelled him to a fast start in the industry.

Before coming to Lyon Stahl, Keaton worked in Film Production at Warner Bros. Here, he learned how to pitch projects, negotiate with potential buyers, liaise with multiple companies, and manage substantial budgets.

Keaton was born and raised in Seal Beach, CA. He currently lives in Venice with his wife, where they enjoy testing new restaurants. Keaton played baseball at Orange Coast College before transferring and finishing with a degree in communications at UCLA.
