Jack McCann commenced his commercial real estate career in 2014. Jack joins Lyon Stahl as a Senior Associate, he previously was involved with over $136 million dollars worth of real estate transactions. Jack specializes in investment sales with an emphasis on 1031- Tax-Deferred Exchanges in the Long Beach, Cudahy, South Gate, Lynwood and Huntington Park Area of LA County.
Jack has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of Multifamily, Mixed-use, and Development Properties. He was the top producer of closed transactions for all junior agents for his previous firm. Jack’s ability to consistently stay on the pulse of the market has proven successful for many of his investors. His ability to knowledgeably predict the best outcomes for his clients based on their current situations comes from learning and constantly crafting his skills on the phone, leveraging for meetings, and being able to list/sell buildings. He does this by understanding the client’s wants and needs in order to help steer them in the best situation possible based on the market realities.
