The James team joins Lyon Stahl from James Capital Advisors (Ascension) where they were Vice President and Director of Multi-family Investments. The James’ are both members of the National Multi Housing Group. They pride themselves on being client focused and are involved in every part of the transaction; from underwriting to marketing. As Southern California natives, the team has been able to provide their clients with unrivaled knowledge of the region and have developed a reputation as a top multifamily broker in Los Angeles. 

In their new roles as First Vice President, the team will lead efforts in brokerage expansion to the West LA area. As a collective group of dynamic industry veterans, the firm is excited to partner with Will and Peter to grow the Lyon Stahl brand.
