Stuart Fagan is a multifamily investment sales specialist with Lyon Stahl, focused on Greater Los Angeles with particular expertise in the San Fernando Valley and Westside markets. He advises property owners and investors on the sale and acquisition of multifamily assets, bringing a deep understanding of local submarkets, valuation trends, and transaction strategy.

Over the course of his career, Stuart has closed over $150 million in real estate transactions. Coming from a long background immersed in the real estate world—and drawing on experience as an owner-operator—he approaches each assignment with an ownership mindset. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Stuart spent 13 years at Marcus & Millichap, where he served as a Director of Investments. During his tenure, he developed a reputation for providing thoughtful, data-driven advisory services and executing transactions across a wide range of deal sizes and asset profiles, remaining actively involved throughout the transaction process to navigate complexity, solve problems, and ensure deals reach a successful close.
