Stacy Buss of Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate specializes in the sale, acquisition, and exchange of multifamily properties in the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles markets. Stacy’s background as an attorney, real estate developer, and broker with extensive experience in multifamily housing allows her to provide valuable and unique insight and analysis to sellers and buyers alike. Stacy was previously a licensed real estate broker in Michigan and has been involved in numerous ground up and existing residential, multifamily, and commercial transactions. Stacy relocated from Michigan to the South Bay in 2019, joining other family members who also work in the Los Angeles real estate industry.
In addition to practicing law, Stacy spent over a decade as a developer in the multifamily real estate business. Stacy’s experience in multifamily real estate includes all matters related to due diligence, financing, all facets of construction, renovations, governmental permitting, property management, legal, compliance, and redevelopment matters. The depth of Stacy’s experience enables her to provide sellers with experience-based advice prior to sale in order to maximize income and value. Conversely, Stacy is able to help buyers identify properties that are undervalued based on her ability to identify untapped income creating potential.
Stacy obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit and obtained a degree in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
