Scott Slaughter joined Lyon Stahl in 2020 as the Long Beach Sales Manager, specializing in recruitment, training and broker retention. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Scott worked for the development department at the LA Fitness Corporate office where he designed interior equipment layouts and managed the installation of new & remodeled clubs.

Scott started his career in sales working as the inside sales manager at a Pharmaceutical company where he was responsible for the growth of their West Coast accounts. Scott later began his career in commercial real estate at Cushman and Wakefield where he focused on tenant/landlord representation and individual building sales.

Scott grew up in Newport Beach, CA and is a graduate from UC Santa Barbara. Scott played for the UCSB Men’s Volleyball Program, professionally overseas and was a member of the USA Pan American team in 2011. In his free time, Scott enjoys traveling, beach volleyball and watching the Milwaukee Bucks.
