Ryan was born and raised in Downey, California and now resides in Long Beach with his wife, Olivia, and their two daughters. He is a multi-family and 1031 exchange specialist in the firm’s South Bay office.
As a First Vice President, he works on investment properties primarily in LA & Orange Counties, along with NNN properties nationwide. Ryan comes from a strong finance and investment background, which aids his real estate brokerage skills.
He is responsible for providing clients with the latest information and research in their specific markets, as well as handling various client services when the need arises, such as marketing, underwriting and the negotiation of transactions. Ryan keeps constant communication with an extensive database of several thousand principals in the area.
Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, he achieved First Vice President Investments with Marcus & Millichap, having closed north of a quarter billion in transactions. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with Emphases of Finance and Marketing from Chapman University in Orange, California, and also holds a real estate license in California. The result of Ryan’s expertise is optimal positioning, pricing and market strategy.
