Niyah immigrated to the United States as an infant with her Cambodian refugee parents who escaped during the Khmer Rouge regime. She grew up in Long Beach, where she currently resides close to her family. Niyah graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2016 with a BS in Urban & Regional Planning and started her professional career in Facilities Management at a nonprofit health center.

Since taking the plunge into multifamily and commercial real estate, Niyah has hit the ground running. Her passion for helping people combined with a strong work ethic makes her a valuable member to The Colombo Group; a leading brokerage team that specializes in multifamily investment properties and 1031 exchanges throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
