After graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics began his career in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Nico was an agent at Marcus and Millichap’s South Bay office.
Nico is well versed in representing clients through sales, purchases and 1031 exchanges and is experienced in multifamily, net-leased, and ground-up development properties.
