Molly First is a lifelong resident of Los Angeles and possesses a select understanding and appreciation of the real estate market in one of the world’s most diverse and expanding cities. After earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, Molly entered the real estate industry as an associate agent at Lyon Stahl, representing and assisting both novice and experienced real estate investors in achieving their financial goals.

Molly invests her time and energy in making sure her clients are knowledgeable and satisfied with their investments. In her free time, Molly loves to spend quality time with her friends, family, and “Brie,” her Golden Retriever. She enjoys spending time outdoors and working out at the gym, where she personally trains friends for fun.
