Melody Mendez Mariscal is an Associate Agent with Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate and a member of the team led by Evelyn Baez and Josh Barut, two of the firm’s top-performing agents. Working alongside Evelyn and Josh, Melody specializes in multifamily investment properties throughout the South Bay, Beach Cities, and surrounding Los Angeles markets. She brings an analytical, entrepreneurial, and relationship-focused approach to every transaction, combining a strong work ethic and competitive drive with a commitment to understanding each client’s goals and securing the strongest possible outcome for them.

Born and raised in Hawthorne, Melody has spent more than two decades in the South Bay and has developed a strong understanding of the surrounding communities and markets. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton. Before entering commercial real estate, Melody gained experience in sales, nonprofit marketing, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and hospitality, developing the communication, business, and relationship-building skills that shape her approach to real estate.
