His background in public accounting enables him to identify real estate investment opportunities with growth and cash flow potential for buyers, along with tax-saving strategies for sellers. Prior to starting his own team at Lyon Stahl, Larson was the Director of Operations for one of the top multifamily brokerage teams in Los Angeles. He was responsible for managing a team of salespeople and support staff, implementing business development strategies, and overseeing a high volume of closings. His career sales volume of multifamily, single tenant NNN, and land for development exceeds $450 million with over 250 transactions closed. Larson earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara and currently resides in Manhattan Beach with his fiancé. When he is not in the office, he enjoys taking surf trips to Baja, boxing at his local gym in the South Bay, or trying out new restaurants with friends.
