Commercial real estate expert Julian attended Chapman University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations & Advertising. He specializes in multifamily investment properties throughout Los Angeles County with an emphasis on the South Bay.

Julian began his commercial real estate career in 2017 at Triqor Group of Newport Beach where he became an expert at research and underwriting of exclusively multifamily assets with an emphasis in the San Fernando Valley. He later joined Marcus & Millichap’s Long Beach office in 2018 with the King Team Real Estate Group where he sharpened his skills as a practicing agent, focusing on the 605 & 710 freeway corridos. Beginning in 2020 and prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Julian was with the commercial division of the RE/MAX Time Realty team of Rancho Cucamonga.

Julian focuses on individual client goals and needs as his purpose and mission as a multifamily advisor. His personal life revolves around his two sons along with his passion for playing music and sports.
