Josh Goldstein, a native of Manhattan Beach, completed his early education at Chadwick School in Palos Verdes before studying Kinesiology at USC. With a deep-seated passion for health and wellness, Josh began his career as a personal trainer in Venice Beach, concurrently handling sales and marketing for the health-centric Caveman Coffee. His involvement in the fitness industry, coupled with a successful competitive strongman career, led to him hosting a sports training TV show on ESPN.

Inspired by his father, the founder and president of Shorewood Realtors, Josh transitioned into real estate, joining the top-tier brokerage of Lyon Stahl. Outside of his professional life, Josh is a devoted family man who enjoys martial arts, reading about fitness and nutrition, and spending as much time as possible outdoors in the sunshine.
