Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree and has a keen focus on optimizing money flow. He concentrates on 1031 exchanges as well as investment in triple net (NNN) properties, ensuring his clients receive the best possible service to meet their financial needs. As a resident of the South Bay, Jordan is deeply connected to the beach cities and leverages his local expertise to serve clients effectively.

Outside of work, Jordan finds joy in staying active through competitive sports, particularly enjoying his cherished ski trips to Colorado. He also values spending time with family and friends and has a keen interest in traveling to new destinations.
