Jake Glaser is a multifamily investment broker and founder of The Glaser Group, a broker team operating under Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, specializing in multifamily investment sales across Los Angeles. Jake is a top 1% producer in the LA multifamily market, with over $65 million closed in 2025 alone across 35 transactions. He advises his clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across the city, ranging from duplexes up to large apartment complexes in the $1M – $25M range. In total, he has closed over $250 million of commercial and multifamily assets within LA County, and he is the #1 producing agent at Lyon Stahl in West LA.

Jake represents both institutional and private clients, and he holds relationships with most of the major players in the LA apartment market. By pairing detail-oriented financial modeling and underwriting with a nuanced understanding of the local apartment market, he provides invaluable expertise to his clients. Working and living in the Beverly Grove area for the past 8 years has provided him with a deep-rooted understanding of the transaction activity, local legislation, major players, and market dynamics of various Central LA submarkets.

Jake also specializes in 1031 exchanges on a national level, having helped countless clients reposition their portfolios by trading their local assets into out-of-state multifamily, triple-net, and DST opportunities. By leveraging an unparalleled database of investors, 3rd party listing sites, and an extensive broker network, he seamlessly identifies and secures both on-market and off-market trade opportunities that other brokers simply do not have access to. He also enjoys playing guitar, tennis, gardening and weightlifting. Jake was born in Brooklyn, NY, so he often visits NYC to spend time with his niece and nephew, Florence & Rafi. He lives in West Hollywood with his wife Sara and their pit-mix Paulie.
