Jackie Michener McKeen | HR Director Los Angeles

Jackie Michener McKeen joined Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate in 2022 as HR Director, overseeing all people operations across the company. Her role spans recruitment, strategic operations, and HR administration — supporting the growth and culture of one of Southern California’s most active multifamily investment brokerages.

A graduate of Gonzaga University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Jackie brings a strong business foundation to her HR practice. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, she spent the majority of her career in the technology sector, where she played a key role in scaling an online fashion marketplace — developing deep expertise in people operations, organizational growth, and team building along the way.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling — having visited 15+ countries — staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She’s a devoted fan of Gonzaga basketball and the LA Dodgers.
