Jack Theodore was born and raised in the South Bay and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Jack joined Lyon Stahl as part of the Zahn Properties team with Austin Zahn. Jack uses his experience and knowledge in finance when negotiating for his clients and handling the Zahn Properties transactions. Jack is an expert with out-of-state triple net leases; he also focuses on 1031 exchanges and multi-family transactions throughout all of Los Angeles. In his free time, he can be found at the beach and exploring the country’s National Parks.
