Freddie grew up in London and spent over a decade in real estate there before moving to Los Angeles, closing more than $185M in multifamily and development deals across both markets.

Now based in LA, he focuses exclusively on Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, and the wider Eastside, working with private investors, local families, and overseas buyers on 3 to 30 unit multifamily properties. He takes pride in sitting down with owners and families to understand their goals and act as a trusted advisor, not just a broker.

Since making the move, he has built a reputation as one of the most active brokers on the Eastside. He knows virtually every active buyer in his market personally, giving his clients a real advantage the moment they decide to sell. Straight answers, real numbers, no runaround.

Outside of work he’s either on a golf course, taking his dog on a hike, or watching Arsenal from a safe emotional distance.
