Devan Welsh is a Spanish, Peruvian, Irish, Italian originally from Baltimore, Maryland! He moved out to LA in 2015 for USC’s Music School. Upon graduating in 2019, he toured across the world (& continues to today) with his band Moontower while developing his interests in tech. He’s a problem solver at heart that is equally obsessed with songs.
