Charlie Wyman is a multifamily investment broker and member of the Brettwood Team, a broker team operating under Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. A Senior Associate specializing in investment sales across Los Angeles County, Charlie brings an extensive background in real estate brokerage, development, financial analysis, and portfolio management to every client engagement.

Experience

Before joining Lyon Stahl, Charlie held multiple roles at Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles — including Associate, Senior Financial Analyst, and Operations Manager — closing over 50 transactions totaling $125M in sales volume. In those roles he led and optimized daily team operations, trained and managed junior agents, coordinated end-to-end transactions, and oversaw all underwriting and financial analysis across the team.

Charlie also brings hands-on portfolio and property management experience, having directed acquisition and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, managed budgets and financial reporting, and identified opportunities to improve asset profitability — giving him a well-rounded perspective that’s rare among investment brokers.

Education

Charlie graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where he focused on real estate, advertising, and social economics — gaining insight into market dynamics, consumer decision-making, and the social factors that shape economic growth. While in college, he gained early brokerage experience working out of the Marcus & Millichap Dallas office.
