Brian Cristiano is a Senior Real Estate Analyst and member of the Brettwood Team, a broker team operating under Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. Since joining Lyon Stahl in 2015, Brian has been involved in over 100 commercial and multifamily transactions across Los Angeles County, building deep expertise in investment property sales, asset valuation, and 1031 Exchange strategies.

Brian specializes in helping owners and investors cash out of or trade into income-producing assets for better cash flow — with a particular focus on multifamily income properties, residential redevelopment opportunities, and commercial redevelopment opportunities across Southern California. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Brian worked at Resource Pro, where he focused on helping clients optimize business processes and maximize profitable growth — including travel to offshore offices in China to support learning and development initiatives.
