Brett O’Keefe is a veteran commercial real estate broker with over two decades of
experience helping investors build wealth in the South Bay and Greater Los Angeles
markets. As a specialist in apartment buildings and income-producing assets, Brett
combines deep-rooted local knowledge with a hands-on problem-solving approach to
brokerage. Throughout his career Brett has closed over $450 million in commercial
transactions. His track record is built on a foundation of accountability and commitment
to client service.
Brett delivers custom-tailored valuations and marketing to capture maximum market
exposure. Brett believes proper valuation & positioning are key to achieving client
objectives and successful transactions. Brett understands and believes real estate is a
people centric business and enjoys meeting new clients to discuss existing assets and
aspirational investment goals. Recently, Brett has incorporated several AI tools to
increase brokerage efficiency, however Brett’s core competency remains rooted in
managing buyers and sellers throughout transactions, 1031 exchanges, finance, and
regulatory issues.
Beyond multifamily, Brett’s broad-based asset experience, owning, managing, and
transacting nearly every type of CRE investment provides a holistic perspective that
clients appreciate.
Brett began his real estate career at a national firm, Marcus and Millichap, and holds a
bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and an MBA from The American
Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Arizona. During covid,
for fun, Brett completed the A.CRE Accelerator 16-Week institutional grade modeling
program.
A resident of Palos Verdes, Brett is an active member of the local community, and a
proud father of two awesome kids, Henry (18) and Pami (16).
