Brandon Nisani | Associate Agent Los Angeles

Brandon Nisani is an associate agent at Lyon Stahl and member of Group CRE, a broker team founded by Taylor Avakian operating under Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. An LA-based Investment Associate and proud USC alumnus, Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Real Estate Development — a foundation he builds on every day in the Southern California apartment market.

Entrepreneurial from a young age, Brandon began his career in sales at 19 when he founded and operated a successful retail business, developing the work ethic, business intuition, and client-focused mindset that define his approach to investment real estate today.

Prior to joining Group CRE, Brandon worked in real estate private equity, where he contributed to the acquisition and underwriting of 70+ unit multifamily assets across multiple states. He brings that analytical foundation to every engagement — identifying value, managing risk, and guiding investors through data-driven decisions in the Los Angeles multifamily market.

Outside of real estate, Brandon enjoys traveling, reading, weightlifting, spending time with his dog, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
