Brandon Maghen is a multifamily investment broker at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate and a member of the Jacobson Investment Group, a broker team operating under Lyon Stahl specializing in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions across Los Angeles County.

Brandon focuses exclusively on the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings across West Los Angeles, bringing a rare combination of hands-on development experience and graduate-level real estate education to every client engagement. That dual background gives him a well-rounded perspective that’s genuinely useful for owners and investors looking to maximize the value of income-producing properties.

A USC graduate in Business and Real Estate Development, Brandon went on to earn a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Pepperdine University — a foundation that directly informs how he analyzes deals, underwrites opportunities, and guides clients through complex multifamily transactions. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, he worked for a boutique real estate developer, where he gained ground-up project experience across the Los Angeles market.
