Bethany Gonzalez-Org | Senior Operations Manager Los Angeles

Bethany Gonzalez is a South Bay native, born and raised in Los Angeles, with a strong background in hospitality, client experience, and operations management. She earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University in 2018 and built her early career through roles with Hilton Garden Inn and Dignity Health Sports Park.

She joined Lyon Stahl in 2021 as a Client Service Coordinator, then Office Manager, and in 2026, she was promoted to Senior Operations Manager.

Outside of the office, Bethany remains closely connected to the sports and entertainment industry, actively working during football season at both Chargers and Rams games at SoFi Stadium. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active, watching football, and making memories with her sister’s daschunds.
