Bethany Gonzalez-Org | Senior Operations Manager Los Angeles

Bethany Gonzalez is Senior Operations Manager at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, bringing a strong foundation in hospitality, client experience, and operations management to one of Southern California’s most active multifamily investment brokerages.

A South Bay native born and raised in Los Angeles, Bethany earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University in 2018 and built her early career through roles with Hilton Garden Inn and Dignity Health Sports Park — developing the client-first mindset and operational precision she brings to Lyon Stahl every day.

She joined Lyon Stahl in 2021 as a Client Services Coordinator, was promoted to Office Manager, and in 2026 was elevated to Senior Operations Manager — a trajectory that reflects both her capabilities and her commitment to the company’s growth.

Outside of the office, Bethany remains closely connected to the sports and entertainment industry, working during football season at Chargers and Rams games at SoFi Stadium. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active, watching football, and spending time with family, friends, and her sister’s dachshunds.
