Ben Lee is Vice President at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, where he leads The
Ben Lee Group, an investment sales team focused on development sites, new
construction multifamily, and affordable housing projects. The group also covers
specialized segments within the asset class such as student housing, co-living, and
NOAH conversions.

Ben brings over a decade of investment sales experience spanning the New York City
and Los Angeles markets. Before joining Lyon Stahl, he was a leading agent in the land
and new construction division at Marcus & Millichap, consistently closing some of most
complex land transactions while becoming a go-to resource for builders, appraisers, and
industry professionals who relied on his market intel to make informed decisions.
Recognized as one of the leading experts in privately funded affordable housing in Los
Angeles, he has spoken at numerous industry events including Bisnow and is frequently
sought out for his perspective on multifamily development markets across the city. His
track record spans complex transactions including fully entitled RTI sites, multifamily
eligible for property tax exemptions and portfolio dispositions across the city.
Prior to brokerage, Ben served as Director of Acquisitions for a New York-based
syndication focused on rent-regulated housing in the outer boroughs. He holds a BA in

Finance from Baruch College. Originally from Los Angeles, he spent his formative years
in Singapore, where he served as an Infantry Sergeant in the 9th Singapore Division.
