Ben Lee is a Investment Real Estate Broker and a Vice President at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate and founder of The Ben Lee Group, an investment sales team specializing in development sites, new construction multifamily, affordable housing, student housing, co-living, and NOAH conversions across Los Angeles.

With over a decade of investment sales experience spanning the New York City and Los Angeles markets, Ben is recognized as one of the leading experts in privately funded affordable housing in Los Angeles. Before joining Lyon Stahl, he was a top agent in the land and new construction division at Marcus & Millichap, consistently closing some of the most complex land transactions in the market while becoming a go-to resource for builders, appraisers, and industry professionals who relied on his market intelligence to make informed decisions.

Ben’s track record spans fully entitled RTI sites, multifamily properties eligible for property tax exemptions, and portfolio dispositions across Los Angeles County. He has spoken at major industry events including Bisnow and is frequently sought out for his perspective on multifamily development markets citywide — a testament to the depth of expertise he brings to every transaction.

Prior to brokerage, Ben served as Director of Acquisitions for a New York-based syndication focused on rent-regulated housing in the outer boroughs. He holds a BA in Finance from Baruch College. Originally from Los Angeles, Ben spent his formative years in Singapore, where he served as an Infantry Sergeant in the 9th Singapore Division.
