Alex Colombo –Vice President at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate– is a multifamily and a 1031 exchange specialist. After leaving Buenos Aires, Argentina to attend college in the United States, Alex graduated summa cum laude from California State University-Northridge with a B.S. in finance and a B.S. in business administration with a focus on real estate. Because of his interest in the field of commercial property, he launched his brokerage career in one of the leading commercial real estate companies in the United States from where he served his clientele for many years. Alex developed a reputation for setting price records across the Los Angeles metro area, successfully closing the largest multifamily deal in the city of Inglewood during 2019, and operating with the highest ethical standards with clients and colleagues alike. He was then recruited in 2020 by –the fast-expanding– Lyon Stahl to lead a multifamily brokerage team in the newly established and rapidly growing Long Beach branch.
