A native of Chicago, Mason has an extensive background in property management. Mason started with managing residential properties within the South Bay. After a few years, Mason transitioned into managing large multi-family properties while gaining experience in many aspects of real estate. A year ago, Mason started selling residential real estate as a member of a team with Joseph Real Estate group a branch of Christie’s International/ Strand Hill. In his first year, Mason closed $4 million in sales volume with a combination of residential, multi-family, trust sales, and a 1031 exchange.
A year later, Mason found a passion and developed skills in multi-family sales as well as helping long lasting clients gained through years of property management. Mason works with a number of high net worth clients as well as first-time investors. His main goal is to offer impeccable service and build long lasting relationships with every client that he has the opportunity to help.
