Aaron Goodman | Senior Sales Manager Los Angeles

Aaron Goodman is the Senior Sales Manager at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, supporting both the El Segundo and West Los Angeles offices. In his role, Aaron partners with senior brokers to help them strategically grow their teams by recruiting top emerging talent across the industry. He also works closely with junior agents, providing hands-on guidance to help them strengthen their fundamental skills, develop disciplined work habits, and build a sustainable book of business that leads to long-term success.

Aaron began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 2017, later joining RE/MAX One Commercial in 2023 before making the move to Lyon Stahl. Prior to entering real estate, he spent over 12 years in the financial services industry as a founding member of a national payment processing company, which he successfully led to acquisition.

His extensive management experience, combined with deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of brokerage operations, allows Aaron to provide invaluable support to the Lyon Stahl team. He assists agents with financial valuations, marketing strategy, contract negotiations, and 1031 exchange transaction guidance,  empowering them to deliver exceptional value and help clients achieve their investment goals.
