Lesley Lyon

Marketing Director

Lesley Lyon is a Southern California native. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing & Advertising promotion. After graduation, she worked in advertising for several years, where she had the opportunity to work with clients such as ZICO, Sony and Konami, before moving to Mattel where she focused on product development and marketing for the Dolls portfolio. Lesley joined Team Lyon in 2020 and has been leading all marketing efforts since. She has loved joining and supporting the family business.

She currently lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband, Brett Lyon, and two children – Greyson and Rylie. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with family.
