Ian Pijeaux | Commercial Real Estate Assistant Los Angeles

Ian Pijeaux is a Commercial Real Estate Assistant at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, where he works alongside Team Brettwood, supporting the team’s multifamily investment sales and brokerage activities throughout Los Angeles and the South Bay.

A Los Angeles native, Ian earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, with a minor in Business from the USC Marshall School of Business. His academic background provided him with a strong foundation in real estate finance, investment analysis, development, and market research.

Ian began building his professional experience through internships focused on real estate development and investment. At Haltere Group, he contributed to the evaluation of student housing opportunities serving Historically Black Colleges and Universities, gaining experience in market research, financial analysis, and development planning. His technical background is further supported by an ARGUS Enterprise Certification and additional training in real estate financial modeling and private equity.

At Lyon Stahl, Ian applies his analytical and real estate background to support Team Brettwood and its clients, assisting with the evaluation and execution of multifamily investment opportunities across Southern California. His professional interests include multifamily investment, acquisitions, investment sales, development, and real estate investment analysis. Outside of real estate, Ian enjoys personal training, art, football, basketball, fashion, and traveling.
